Mr. M. Narasimha is the Founder and the Director of Leo Academy for Competitive Exams, which was started in 2006-07 at Hyderabad. He graduated with Bachelors of Technology from G.Pulla Reddy Engg College, Kurnool. He started his career as a Trainer in Aptitude. He worked for many organizations as a trainer for about 3 to 4 years.

He is the sole aptitude trainer in India and one among a very few in the world, with a doctorate in aptitude. He researched on aptitude and its effects on evolution of human intelligence, causes for the development of aptitude in a person in relation with his/her childhood and present environments and the effects of aptitude on perception of a person.

With this research he founded a theme that aptitude is not a subject, but is the language of life – One shall not try to learn it but shall try to understand it. He also stated that aptitude cannot be taught or learnt as it is inherent to every living organism. It can only be understood and used accordingly. So he started a new era in Aptitude Training where aptitude will not be taught or written but will be understood and spoken. He started the ideal:

“Aptitude is a language – Speak it”

Salient Qualities:

  • He is the only author in aptitude from South India. He is the author of “Manual for Aptitude”, which is the only book in the Indian market that is mainly focused on Campus Recruitment Tests.
  • He is the only aptitude trainer who never uses stationery in his sessions and never lets participants to use them too but always been successful in the results.
  • He delivers sessions on aptitude everyday across AP as well as in other states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh etc. He was awarded “The Best Trainer” multiple times at prestigious venues.
  • His present objective is to let the student community have the actual beauty of aptitude which is natural and fresh, which doesn’t require any shortcuts, formulae, memorizing the topics etc.

  • He trains all the engineering graduates across the state of A.P on behalf of the Government of A.P through REEMAP (Rajiv Education & Employment Mission of A.P).

  1. Workshop at JNTUK on Behalf of REEMAP, Govt of AP:

He conducted a workshop to about 470 engineering students at JNTUK auditorium on Employability Skills on behalf of Government of AP under the Rajiv Education and Employment Mission. Based on the feedback, he got selected for all the programs in future under REEMAP across A.P.

 

 

  1. Workshop at Mahendra Engineering College, Salem:

He had been conducting sessions on aptitude and communication skills to the students of all branches of Mahendra Engineering College, Salem, TamilNadu from the last month. The daily sessions will last for about 6 hours and he secured a consistent feedback of about 4.6/5.

  1. Workshop at Maha Engineering College, Salem:

He conducted a training workshop at Maha Engineering College, Salem, TamilNadu where the students of all disciplines were trained on Aptitude and communication skills required to get placed in companies. The daily sessions were for about 7 hours and he secured a consistent feedback of 4.5/5.

  1. INFOSYS-IEG-STP-V at Hyderabad:

He had been conducting sessions on Aptitude and communication skills to the Batch-V of Special Training Programme(STP), started by IEG in association with INFOSYS, consisting about 100 students from various backgrounds of graduation from the last 4 months. The daily sessions are scheduled from 9 am to 5 pm. He secured a consistent feedback of about 4.3/5 in this training programme and stood as the best trainer for the batch.

  1. INFOSYS-IEG-STP-VI, VII & VIII at Hyderabad:

He had been conducting sessions on aptitude and soft skills to the batches STP-VI, VII and VIII of STP, started by IEG in association with INFOSYS, consisting of about 85 students per batch from the last 1 month. The daily sessions will last for about 7 hours and he secured a consistent feedback of about 4.4/5.

  1. Sessions at Naresh I Technologies, Hyderabad:

He had conducted sessions on aptitude and soft skills to the students from various backgrounds of education at our campus in Hyderabad for a period of about 4 months.

  1. IEG-FEP at Nalgonda:

He conducted a 6–day workshop, named Faculty Enablement Programme(FEP) at SRTIST, Nalgonda on behalf of Institute of Electronic Governance(IEG), a division of Government of Andhra Pradesh to faculties (60 members) from various B.E and Degree colleges. He got a feedback of 4.7/5. The daily classes on aptitude and soft skills were scheduled from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

 

  1. IEG-FEP at Gudur:

He conducted a 6–day workshop, named Faculty Enablement Programme(FEP) at Narayana Engg. College, Gudur on behalf of Institute of Electronic Governance(IEG), a division of Government of Andhra Pradesh to faculties (60 members) from various B.E and Degree colleges. He got a feedback of 4.75/5. The daily classes on aptitude and soft skills were scheduled from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

  1. INFOSYS-IEG-STP-I at Hyderabad:

He conducted a 2–day workshop, named Student Development Programme(SDP) at MLRIT, Hyderabad on behalf of IEG and INFOSYS to students(100 members) selected by INFOSYS as a part of INFOSYS – Campus Connect Programme. He got a feedback of about 4.5/5.

  1. Workshop at SIET, Tumkur:

He conducted 4–day workshop on aptitude and communication skills to students(120 members) of various branches of Sridevi Institute of Engg and Tech, Tumkur. He got a feedback of about 4.6/5. The daily classes were scheduled from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

  1. Workshop at Vasavi Engg College, Hyderabad:

He conducted 12–day workshop to about 350 students from various branches of Vasavi Engg College, Hyderabad on aptitude and soft skills. He got a feedback of 4.75/5.

 

 

  1. IEG-FEP at Warangal:

He conducted a 6–day workshop, named Faculty Enablement Programme(FEP) at KITS, Huzurabad on behalf of Institute of Electronic Governance(IEG), a division of Government of Andhra Pradesh to faculties (60 members) from various B.E and Degree colleges. He got a feedback of 4.7/5. The daily classes on aptitude and soft skills were scheduled from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

 

  1. Workshop at GRIET, Hyderabad:

He conducted a 6–day workshop to students(360 members) from various disciplines of GRIET, Hyderabad on aptitude and soft skills. He got a feedback of 4.4/5. The daily classes were scheduled from 9 am 4:30 pm.

  1. 14. INFOSYS-IEG-STP-I to IV at Hyderabad:

He has been conducting workshops on aptitude and softskills for five batches(100 students per batch) of Special Training Programme, an initiative of INFOSYS and IEG for about 20 days for each batch. Each batch was of about 100 students from various streams of engineering and MCA and the daily classes were scheduled from 9 am to 6 pm. He got a feedback of about 4.4/5. He was selected as the trainer for the next batches that will start shortly.

  1. Workshop at GPREC, Kurnool:

He conducted a 5-day workshop at G. Pullareddy Engineeging College, Kurnool for the students from various branches of third year of B. Tech (about 150 students) on aptitude and softskills required for their placement in MNC’s. 66 of his students got placed in INFOSYS and 68 got placed in TCS.

  1. 16. Workshop at KTMC at Gadwal:

He conducted a 4-day workshop at KTMC Engineering College to the students of third year (about 80 students) on aptitude and softskills for placement in MNC’s.

  1. Workshop at Veltech Institutions, Chennai:

He conducted a 8-day workshop at Veltech Engineering College and its sister concerns for 8 batches of students of B. Tech and MCA(about 500 students) on aptitude and softskills for their placement. The daily classes were scheduled from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm.

  1. 18. Workshop at Vasavi Engineering College, Hyderabad:

He conducted a 4-week comprehensive pre-placement workshop for all the   students of third year(about 600 students) on aptitude and softskills, just a month before the placements for the students. The daily classes were scheduled from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. 146 of his students got placed in INFOSYS, 102 in WIPRO, about 55 in TCS and others in other MNC’s with an aggregate placement percentage of 86%.

  1. 19. Workshop at GNIST, Hyderabad:

He conducted a 5-day workshop for the third year B. tech students(about 300 students) of G. Narayanamma Institute of Science and Technology, Hyderabad on aptitude and softskills required for their placements in MNC’s. The daily classes were scheduled from 9 am to 5 pm. 68 of his students got placed in INFOSYS, 66 in TCS and others in various MNC’s with an aggregate percentage of 87%.

Professional Achievements:

  1. Selected the sole trainer on employability skills by Govt of AP under REEMAP.

  1. The first trainer selected to train the faculties from all engineering colleges across AP on aptitude as a part of FEP conducted by the Govt of AP.
  2. Recognized the sole aptitude trainer for all the batches of STP by IEG, Govt of AP.
  3. Presented nearly 3000 sessions to various participants from all spheres of careers.
